What is Tiger
Warmer Thermie Therapy?
Tiger
Warmer Thermie Therapy (TWTT) is a warming-heat stimulant massage
technique that uses stainless steel incense tubes that are applied
directly on the skin. The basic concept of this therapy is based
on Oriental medicine which encourages natural healing through the
radiant far-infrared heat produced by the Tiger Warmers. The far-infrared
heat goes deep into the body, warming it and increasing the effectiveness
of the massage while stimulating the flow of chi and releasing stagnant
energy.
The
heat is directed along the body's meridians and manipulates acupressure
points found throughout the body, including the scalp, face, chest,
back, arms and legs. The result is a soothing and relaxing treatment
that can be used by itself or may be incorporated with other therapies
by the Doctor.
TWTT
is useful for many ailments, including headaches, menstrual problems,
stiffness and sprains. It may be safely used to treat patients of
all ages, including children.
