and x-rays (if necessary) will cost only $29.95 (Normally $250).
This low fee covers a consultation and exam, initial x-rays if necessary. The examination
will indicate whether you are eligible to enter into our Maintenance
Care Club or explore other alternatives for therapy.*

only. No insurance filing paper work will be generated by these
memberships. These programs do not cover any work related injuries,
auto accidents, injury claims, or any health conditions with third
party liability. In the event of a Maintenance Care Club cancellation
initiated by the signee, all membership benefits and discounts are
forfeited. Additionally, the amount discounted from the cost of
treatments already rendered under the membership agreement will
be due in full at the time of cancellation. These fees might be changed without notice.
